On the evening of October 13th, three male suspects entered the strip club in Hull, Quebec. Witnesses describe the suspects as intoxicated students from Ontario. They proceeded to sit down near one of the stages and ordered drinks. Shortly after, the youngest male suspect ordered the lap dance from one of the strippers. The other two males then gambled on how long he would stay in the back getting a lap dance. After he returned after a couple songs and watched a few more girls dance, he decided to get another lap dance. Again the other two suspects gambled on how long he would stay in the back. After about 7 songs the other two suspects were getting inpatient and wanted to leave. Shortly after one of the male suspects, waiting for his friend, end up falling asleep in the strip club.
The bouncer than removed the male that had fallen asleep. The other male followed him out. Still waiting for their friend they waited outside. After about an hour and half and 18 songs later the youngest male finally got out of the back and headed to the bank machine to pay his ridicules 360 dollar tab just for lap dances. Fortunately for him the upstairs bank machine was not working and he proceeded out of the main bar area to coat check down stairs to the other bank machine.
After inserting his card the screen displayed “insufficient funds.” The other two males turned down his request to borrow the money. Having no funds and no other choice the youngest male then ran out of the bar and down the street.
The other two suspects then tried to find a cab outside the bar. They proceeded down the street in a cab after travelling for a few blocks they gave up and turned the cab around to go home back to Ottawa. Shortly after the U-turn the other male suspect was seen running across the street. The three male suspects then left Quebec and arrived safely in Ottawa.
