meeting the upstairs neighbour

On the night of St. Patrick's Day the suspect entered the residence of Mark and Jessie at approximately 2:17 in the morning. The suspect described by witnesses as an attractive 5'3" blond girl in her early 20s with a nice bust and a tramp stamp, proceeded to take off her clothes.

Mark confronted the stranger asking her "what she was doing in his apartment." Jessie a witness to the account was sleeping at the time and was dressed only in her underwear. After the suspect refused to leave Mark stood up to reason with her; also only wearing his underwear. The female suspect at this point stopped undressing and told the residence to "get the fuck out of HER apt."

At this point Mark the victim of this bizarre home invasion stopped trying to tell her she was "dumb and drunk" but rather asked her "what apartment she lives in?"

The suspect obviously too intoxicated to understand the question rather responded "this is my apartment."

Mark then had to rephrase the question "asking her whats her apartment number?"

She answered "405."

At which point Mark tried to tell her she lived upstairs and that he was her downstairs neighbour. The girl looked at him with a confused look, as if he was crazy; and than realized she was really hammered and proceeded to go up the stairs to her apartment.

At which point Mark looked at Jessie and asked her "if that really happened"
